The operations of Surat is managed by Medical Educational Trust Association Surat of Seventh-day Adventist. Metas is one of the oldest educational and medical institutions operating in the city of Surat. Metas Adventist Hospital and Metas Adventist School are in operation since 1923 & 1942 respectively.
