An innovative workshop on “Digital Marketing and Personal Branding” was organized by Make intern E-Cell IIM Calcutta Certification Program and Bplan championship with Metas Adventist College on 10th January to 13th January, 2022 for the students of Bachelor of business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and MBA.

Time : 10.00 am to 01.00 pm
Date :- January 10-13, 2022
Keynote speaker was Mr.Arvind Navagire and Mr.Ramkumar Pasamurthy (Certified trainer of IIM Indore).
The speaker conducted virtual sessions for 4 days on idea development, ways and tricks for self improvement, converting your weakness into strength, finding your true self, communication skills to explore their business ideas with their promotional strategy. Students were send link, Id and Password through there registered email id.
The detail of the work done during 4 days is as follows:
Day:1- 10th Jan:
Mr. Arvind Navagire was the trainer for 2 sessions. As the session started, discussions started on what happiness is and what is happiness for each individual, as we continued we moved to ten core life skills and then we had a difference between current and ideal person as what we should improve.
Day:2-11th Jan:
Discussions continued on how to be happy, and then how students can be efficient person by developing personality, how can they read speedily. And the session of Mr.Arvind Navagire ended
Day:3-12th Jan
Mr. Ramkumar Pasamurthy was the trainer for next 2 sessions. As it started the discussion on types of digital marketing, then how to manage the digital marketing on Google. Live examples were shown online.
Day:4-13th Jan
As the session got started with targeted audience for digital marketing, then how to grow your website, how to create a website. Then how to use facebook for marketing. And bit knowledge was given on digital marketing.
Total number of participation was 53. Out of which 6 student are selected to represent our college at IIM Calcutta for International level B plan competition.

Certificates :- All the participants were given e certificates as well as hard copy for participating in the workshop. Organizing institution and committee were also appreciated with the certificates.
Members who conducted the event – Ms. Tushti .P. Bakrania, Ms. Surabhi Sugathan, Vice president of Placement cell – Mr. Khirod Dalpati, had delightfully executed the event along with the volunteers.
Entrepreneurship club and Placement cell is extremely grateful to our President and CEO Dr. Elliah Srikakolli and Vice President Mr. Mohan Rao for his moral support and guidance to conduct this workshop successful.
