Objective of the Guest Lecture:

To inculcate creativity for business plan generation, execution and also understand the practical problems faced by young generation entrepreneurs in nurturing and managing new start up’s

To bridge the gap between theory and practice.

To have an interactive session with successful start up entrepreneurs who can share their live examples of their own journey to success

To have the ability to revive during go slow in business

About the program: The Resource person, Mr. Ashish Savani was welcomed by Dr. Priya Narayana with a bouquet. The Speaker then addressed the students by explaining the role of creativity in business and how young entrepreneurs can scan the environment and build up a start-up enterprise by solving greater problems

The role of setting up a business plan and how to execute a successful business plan with emphasis on environmental scanning, innovative strategies for all functional areas.

The importance of values, culture and also how to gain and deal with customer’s expectations, stakeholders and their role in a successful execution of a business idea

The importance of people management, development and what is the role of the CEO’s philosophy for empowering employees towards alignment for vision- mission and objectives of the organization

Outcome:  Students came to know about the importance of creativity and innovation in business start-ups and how they can deal with problem identification and convert an idea into a business model which is unique as compared to competitors with live examples of angel investors who can be pitched about the business idea

The ethical ways of managing customer’s, stakeholder’s expectations and also on the social role of an entrepreneur.

Even live case studies of corporate companies were shared to make them understand the practical ways to engage employees so that they work with 100% passion and energy to achieve the organizational mission, vision.

The forum was a very innovative and students enjoyed the sharing of the entrepreneurial journey of MR  ASHISH SAVNI.

 All students had a great learning and cleared all their doubts regarding STARTUP’S – INCUBATION PROCESS and also it has inculcated an entrepreneurial mindset in our aspiring and young students which motivate them to make a difference in the life of others.

We are extremely thankful to Mr. Mohan Sir- VP Academics , Mr. Khirod Dalpati Sir – Placements Head and placement club faculties for arranging this knowledgeable forum.
