Event Title: SOFT SKILL TRAINING SESSION

SPEAKER:

1. Ms Mamta Mehta, Soft Skill Trainer, Image Consulting Business Institude.(ICBI)

Number of students who participated: Around 130 students of first year participated in the event.

Objective of the Soft Skill Training: The objective of this session was to introduce the students with the concept of soft skills. And to make them understand it’s importance in today’s competitive world.

1. About the program: The learning of soft skills has become an important and integral part for the management students. Keeping in mind this objective the Mindscraft Club of Metas Adventist College organised a training session for the students of TYBBA and FYBBA. As it was a training programme an expert from the industry was called upon to train the students. Ms Mamta Mehta a certified trainer of soft skills from Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI) came to give insights to the aspiring students. Ms Mehta took an interactive session where she explained through examples the importance of soft skills learning. How they become important for the cooperate world.
2. Outcome:  most of the students find the session interesting and meaningful. They learned to develop these skills through various simple yet effective ways.
