Participants:  70  STUDENTS OF FY, SY MBA

A workshop on “PLAN YOUR INTERVIEWS AND ACHIEVE CAREER PATH” was conducted by Shri Vishal Prajapati – Asst Manager- Corporate HR at Rajhans Group

The forum was quite interactive and our students were given various innovative assignments like role play, case study on the various aspects of how to attend interviews and even corrective actions were given by Shri Vishal Sir. The art of get interviewed were discussed and even students were made aware about the soft skills like leadership, attitude, behavior, personality and how to make an opening and closing during an interview were beautifully explained too.

The innovative Recruitment, Selection and Training procedures in FMCG Domain were shared to students giving the importance of soft skills for performance delivery within the functional areas of business.All students had a great learning experience too which they can implement in their personal business or job to improve connectivity and transparency with employees, customers and stakeholders. We are extremely thankful to Mr. Mohan Sir- VP Academics, Mr. Khirod Dalpati Sir – Placements Head and placement club faculties for arranging this knowledgeable forum.

Placement cell is even thankful to shri Dharmesh bhai, Mr Lynel Kisku Sir and Mr Samuel Banna for their dedicated help and services without which the forum could not have achieved grand success.
