A Forum was conducted on “EXPECTATIONS OF CORPORATE COMPANIES FROM MBA STUDENTS”- BY SHRI VATSAL SONI- HR HEAD OF NJ INDIA PVT LTD, SURAT During the forum students were given a clarity on the contribution of MBA Graduates towards business performances and what are the qualities which FUNCTIONAL MANAGERS AND HR MANAGERS EXPECT IN MBA GRADUATES.
How MBA Students can create an impact in the performance of team members and also the importance of role and goal clarity, employee engagement, leadership, reward and recognitions structures can improve productivity and morale of employees at work place.
Even live case studies of corporate companies were shared to make them understand the above principals of an ethical working environment were employees work with 100% passion and energy to achieve the organizational mission, vision. Even the expectations of MBA Students from the corporate companies were shared with specific relevance to work life balance. It was a very innovative and students enjoyed the corporate learning’s shared by Shri Vatsal Sir.
All students had a great learning and cleared all their doubts regarding to the soft skills which MBA Students need to inculcate in their Attitude, Behaviors for making organizations performance oriented.
We are extremely thankful to Mr. Mohan Sir- VP Academics, Mr. Khirod Dalpati Sir – Placements Head and placement club faculties for arranging this knowledgeable forum.
