Objective of the Event-

To inculcate the innovation in students for addressing case study solving,   methodologies

To share students how to identify, define and address problems and give solutions to them on top priority

To innovatively use theoretical concepts into real life situations

To even share live examples of industry and corporate companies for Root Cause Analysis method.

To improve student engagement, motivation and morale in addressing to real life problems with a solution based approach

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The resource persons was introduced by Ms. Vandana Parekh- Faculty Management .

The Speaker then addressed the students about how to analyse the case study with justifying the keywords and also how to identify the functional problems in the case study

Also how to identify the stake holders in the case study and perform a situational analysis with empathy as a trait in the problem solver and thru RCA- ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS define the solutions for the problems which are practical and easily applicable to the industry / corporate company.

Well know practical case studies like TATA NANO CASE STUDY, TESLA CASE STUDY, AMUL CASE STUDY, PATANJALI CASE STUDY, HUL CASE STUDY, PEPSICO CASE STUDIES WERE Discussed so that students could visualize how corporate companies use these innovative methods in problem solving.

Q & A Session was excellently handled by Ms Tushti Bakrania-  ASST PROFESSOR AT METAS ADVENTIST COLLEGE , Surat.

The vote of thanks was also addressed by Ms Tushti Bakrania.

The above webinar has created a difference in the life of the participants as far as developing solution based mindset for practical problems of industry / corporate companies / small business enterprises too.              

Outcome:  Students came to know about the innovative case study solving techniques and the Do’s and Don’ts of case study were also shared too and which will help them in their examination and also both for job and business entrepreneurship

The online webinar was a very innovative and students enjoyed the practical tips given by both the eminent speakers who made the webinar more interesting for the students by imparting their knowledge to students

All students had a great learning and cleared all their doubts
