PARTICIPANTS:  8 in one team, a total of 18 teams (8 * 18 = 144 players)

The Metas Box Cricket League, organized by the Warriors Club at C.B. Patel Sports Academy, showcased a thrilling competition among 18 teams, each comprising 8 players (6 boys and 2 girls). To accommodate the enthusiastic participation, the club secured 3 turfs, allowing for the simultaneous execution of three matches.

The teams were strategically divided into four groups, and well-prepared fixtures were implemented a day in advance. Captains ensured that players were well-versed with the Rules and Regulations, fostering a fair and competitive environment. The monitoring and scoring of the matches were seamlessly managed through the utilization of the online app "CricHeroes."

To maintain the integrity of the matches, external scorers and umpires were hired. A total of 18 matches were played, commencing with the first match at 8:00 a.m. and concluding with the final match at 2:15 p.m. The event saw the emergence of 5 deserving winners, and their details are as follows.

The students brought a lot of energy to the event, participating eagerly and creating a lively atmosphere filled with enthusiasm, which reflected in their impressive scores. Each player wore team-specific t-shirts in different colours, adding a vibrant look to the event. To keep everyone fuelled and refreshed, arrangements were made for snacks and beverages on the ground, catering not only to the participating students but also extending the gesture to the dedicated volunteers.
